E-ticket delivery is free of charge. For postal orders, there is a charge of £2.50 per order. Please allow three working days prior to the concert for postal delivery.

SPECIAL OFFERS
Only one offer applies to any one ticket and all are subject to availability. Students and young people aged 18 or under may purchase tickets at half price.
BOOKING
All advance tickets must be purchased through TicketSource. On the day of the concert tickets may be available at the door but this cannot be guaranteed.
SEATING
All seating at concerts is unreserved with the following exceptions:
- Patrons can make seat reservations in advance for the Ex Cathedra Christmas concert in December. If you are eligible for this and wish to take advantage of this scheme please email Christine Stephens on

Again – please contact Christine Stephens if you need assistance. If you require a carer to be with you in order to attend the concert, then you may book a free ticket for your carer.
EARLY BOOKING IS ADVISABLE
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
If you, or any member of your party have symptoms of Covid, or have been asked to self-isolate, we ask that you do not attend and we will be happy to offer you an alternative ticket or a refund. In the unlikely event that we are obliged to cancel an event, we will refund the price of your tickets. Apart from these circumstances, the Trust cannot refund money or exchange tickets.
ON THE DOOR
Tickets may be available on the door on the day of the concert, but this cannot be guaranteed.
LATECOMERS
The Trust reserves the right to refuse admission until a suitable break or the first interval.
PROGRAMME CHANGES
The right is reserved to alter artists or programmes without notice.
